Refund policy

Please note that we do not accept returns under normal circumstances. We will only facilitate a return or refund if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or misrepresented in the item description. Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required for processing. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

In case of a return, buyer will be responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all shipping costs. We will only refund the item price and the shipping fees charged directly to us. Import duties/taxes and any return shipping costs would unfortunately need to be borne by the buyer. However, if we determine that the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid DHL return label at our expense.

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
